Locations

When drawing cards in the main deck, the player progresses to new locations. There are Towns, Boons, and Dungeons. When A player draws a town card they are able to heal and purchase loot. At Boon locations, players generally get a benefit in the of free loot or aid in battle. Dungeons typically have negative effects, either with drawing specific enemies, or passives that make battling or collecting loot more difficult.

Using the limited color palette, I still wanted each location to feel like it was different from the last, so the player could feel like they were actually on an adventure. I made a map to reason how/ where they would be going and what the environment would be like to also make the locations feel like they were in the same region. The map was modeled to fit the dark fantasy theme.
