Masked Bruin

The Masked Bruin is the result of a spider converting a bear into a wicked abomination. The fusion of arachnid and beast is an unrelenting powerhouse, though in knocking the spider off, the player can choose to fight a lesser foe.
For the initial design, we choose the second concept. Seeing it in card form we decided it did not read as a bear as well as we would have liked. We went with design three favoring the mysterious smoke produced by the creatures’ mutation.
